Marble Partners Fund I is a joint venture fund between Lion Real Estate Group and Marble Partners. Marble’s Principals have a combined 65+ years of experience in real estate.
Combined they have acquired over 160 properties, encompassing over 9,000 multifamily units and 1.4M SF of commercial space. The principals of Marble Partners invest substantially into the fund, which creates alignment between the fund and our investors.
Since August of 2018, we have acquired 2,025 units totaling $116M in total equity and $312M in total capitalization.

Peter Hagist is the Managing Principal and Founder of the company. He has 18 years of experience in real estate and has completed 90 transactions in various asset classes, with an emphasis on value-add multifamily. Peter is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
Mara Beard serves as an Analyst at Marble Partners where she is responsible for supporting the originations team. Her duties include underwriting, due diligence, and deal coordination. Prior to joining Marble in 2019, Mara was an Associate at Kayne Anderson Capital Partners. Mara graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University.
Andrew Kim serves as an Analyst at Marble Partners where he is responsible for supporting the originations team. His duties include underwriting, due diligence, and deal coordination. Prior to joining Marble in 2019, Andrew was an Analyst at BLVD Capital. He graduated from the University of Southern California.
