The Company is involved in all stages of the investment process including deal sourcing, acquisitions & dispositions, conducting due diligence, sourcing debt and equity, and property, asset, and construction management.

The principal of Marble Partners has acquired 7,208 units and invested $472M of total equity totaling $1.4B of total capitalization.

Biography

Peter Hagist is the Managing Principal and Founder of the company. He has 18 years of experience in real estate and has completed 90 transactions in various asset classes, with an emphasis on value-add multifamily. Peter is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

Peter is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Peter was previously on the Fisher Center Policy Advisory Board at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a member of the Aspen Chapter of the Young President’s Organization.

Biography

Andrew Kim serves as an Associate at Marble Partners where he is responsible for supporting the originations team. His duties include underwriting, due diligence, and deal coordination. Prior to joining Marble in 2019, Andrew was an Analyst at BLVD Capital. He graduated from the University of Southern California.

Danny serves as an Analyst at Marble Partners where he is responsible for supporting the asset management team. His duties include budgeting, reporting, and investor relations. Prior to joining Marble in 2021, Danny was an Analyst at Los Angeles Capital Management. He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles.
