Peter Hagist is the Managing Principal and Founder of the company. He has 18 years of experience in real estate and has completed 90 transactions in various asset classes, with an emphasis on value-add multifamily. Peter is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
Peter is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Peter was previously on the Fisher Center Policy Advisory Board at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a member of the Aspen Chapter of the Young President’s Organization.
Andrew Kim serves as an Associate at Marble Partners where he is responsible for supporting the originations team. His duties include underwriting, due diligence, and deal coordination. Prior to joining Marble in 2019, Andrew was an Analyst at BLVD Capital. He graduated from the University of Southern California.
Danny serves as an Analyst at Marble Partners where he is responsible for supporting the asset management team. His duties include budgeting, reporting, and investor relations. Prior to joining Marble in 2021, Danny was an Analyst at Los Angeles Capital Management. He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles.
Chris has over 23 years of experience in construction, overseeing renovation projects to ground-up development of all asset types. He provides periodic analysis of workload to validate schedule, determine appropriate strategies, and draft construction contracts. Lastly, he provides complex property surveys to develop budgets, property needs assessment plans, and preventative maintenance programs.
Ashly has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry with a versatile background in accounting and management. She has managed projects ranging from large multifamily projects to commercial projects. In her role as a project manager, she promotes strong communication and client service skills that bring stability in our process-driven company.
John is the assistant to the Asset Management and Construction Management teams for Marble Partners.
