In May of 2019, Marble acquired Embry, a 151-unit townhome community built in two phases (1985 & 1995) and located in Carrolton, Texas, a Dallas submarket.

In June of 2019, Marble acquired Sofia, a 201-unit community in Austin, Texas.

In August of 2019, Marble invested in Briarbrook, a 342-unit multifamily property located in Wheaton, Illinois, a Chicago submarket.

In September of 2019, Marble acquired Array, a 369-unit multifamily property located in Austin, Texas.

In October of 2019, Marble acquired Bridge Creek, a 270-unit multifamily property located in Bridge Creek, Washington, a Portland submarket.

In November of 2019, Marble acquired Cleo, a 142-unit multifamily property located in Denver, Colorado.

In January of 2020, Marble acquired Caden, a 235-unit multifamily property located in Denver, Colorado.

In February of 2020, Marble acquired Ashford, a 387-unit multifamily property located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
